I called our adoption agency, CHI, yesterday morning, thinking that China had already released the new shared list. Our agency said no and then looked on CCCWA’s website and found that there was a list being released that night. I’m not sure if I hadn’t called, if our agency would have even known a list was being released. Mary told me that if she was able to match us with a child that she would call me later that night. She did not callL I’m still praying that God’s will be done in all of this, and trusting that God will match us with the child He has for us.
What we do know is that our child has already been born and is waiting for a family. We can’t wait to see her for the first time, and we are hoping, hoping, hoping that she is on the next shared list.
