We are Brent and Lori of Illinois, United States. Brent and I have been married for twenty-two years now. We have a wonderful marriage and have been blessed by God in many ways, two of which are our biological children that are 21 and 17 years old. We have completed one adoption in China for our beautiful little Mia, 2 1/2 years old. Brent and I both feel that we have been called to adopt from China again. If anyone had told us when we were younger that we would be adopting a child in our mid-forties, then another child in our late-forties, we wouldn't have believed them, but here we are on this journey together with God leading the way. This blog is to share our journey and maybe even inspire others to consider adoption.
